Happy weekend friends! Today is our last day on the beach and I already miss it and can’t wait to be back. Beautiful ocean and white sand brings so much joy and peace. As much as I love laying on my blanket and swimming in the water, a romantic beach picnic for two is just an amazing activity.
Summer beach picnic is a must and it doesn’t require too much of a preparation. Soft blanket, simple, healthy food and a beautiful surrounding view is all you need. We chose Hollywood Beach as our picnic spot and it was just perfect. Summer days by the beach can be pretty extreme so the best time to set up a picnic is in the early mornings or late afternoons. Our picnic included my Banana Oatmeal Pancakes topped with Quick Stovetop Granola, lots of fruit, avocados and fresh bagels from a local bakery.
