Toasts are on the menu pretty much every day at my house. Today I am brining you everybody’s favorite Pb & Jelly combo. To be more specific, Sugar-Free Peach Jam and Peanut Butter Toast!
The secret to a prefect toast? It’s bread. Time to say goodbye to a soft, lightweight, white bread if you haven’t yet. I’ve tried many different loafs in order to find my favorite.
THE BEST SPROUTED WHOLE GRAIN BREAD
This sprouted 100% whole grain bread is the one I’ve been buying on a regular basis! The ingredients are amazing, it’s easy to digest and affordable. What I like to do, is to keep the loaf in the freezer and pop a slice in a toaster anytime I like!
SUGAR-FREE PEACH JAM WITH BIRCH XYLITOL
Next thing I always love to have in my fridge is a healthy homemade jam. It’s super easy to make and much better than a store-bought one. Since it’s peach season, I made this delicious quick sugar-free peach jam. Peaches, birch xylitol and lemon juice is all you need. No refined sugar!
