HOW TO MAKE BLACKENED MAHI MAHI TACOS

The secret to perfect blackened fish is the smoky, sweet and savory spice blend. Simply combine smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, cayenne, pink salt and pepper and rub it in right before placing on a skillet.
BEST WAY TO COOK MAHI MAHI
Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet or any skillet you have. Add fish to pan; and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. It should also flake easily. The easiest and most delicious to cook pretty much any fish!
PEACH SALSA
Since mahi mahi is naturally slightly sweet in taste, it pairs perfectly with fresh fruit salsas! Peach season is about to come to an end so I’m trying to enjoy them as much as I can!
